Based on Ayurveda, the ancient system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years, Indian Head Massage targets the back, upper arms, shoulder, neck, scalp and face, where much of the body’s stress is held. Treatment can be carried out with the client fully clothed or on the skin using carrier oils. It is ideal for relieving tension, stimulating circulation and restoring joint movement. It also improves skin and hair condition, relieves headaches, migraines and revitalises the mind and body.
